Black Swamp Local Food & Farm Coop in conjuction with Eating Local Foods Network of Northwest Ohio present the Black Swamp Local Food Banquet at Knierim Hall in Archbold, Ohio.
Our goal is to connect consumers desiring quality local foods with their producers, encourage the local economy, build the regional food system and provide education towards a sustainable food community.
5:00 PM -Meet producers of local foods from Northwest Ohio as you sample appetizers and products. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover sources of quality meats, eggs, honey, vegetables and fruits, cheese, herbs, flowers, etc. and learn how they are produced.
5:30-6:30 PM- Banquet is served.
6:30-7:30 PM- Local Foods Mini Documentary: See what's happening in Northwest Ohio and the progress of re-establishing a local food system.
